By downloading or using the SirenGPX app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
SirenGPX overlays workout data (speed, heart rate, altitude and other metrics) from Apple Watch (via Apple Health) onto videos you select. All video processing happens on your device. Handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own, in accordance with the rules of the app store you downloaded it from (Apple App Store or Google Play). You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell the app.
Your videos and workout data remain yours. The app processes them locally and does not upload them to our servers. You are responsible for the content of the videos you create and share, and for having the right to use the source footage.
The Pro upgrade is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks premium features (all speedometer styles, all metrics, premium scenes, watermark removal) on the platform where it was purchased. It is not a subscription. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we never see your payment details.
Refunds are handled by the respective app store under its own policy. For Apple, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play, via your order history.
The app integrates with Apple Health (on iPhone, read-only) and RevenueCat (purchase processing). Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. SirenGPX is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.
Speed, heart rate, altitude and other values shown by the app come from GPS and sensor data of your devices and may be inaccurate. The overlay is for entertainment and content creation only — do not use it for navigation, training decisions, medical or safety purposes.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, including loss of footage or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months.
We may update these Terms; the current version will always be available on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
