Help with the SirenGPX app

We usually reply within 1–2 business days. Please include your device model, OS version and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps a lot).
Matching is based on timestamps: the video must be filmed during the workout (±1 minute). Check that the workout exists in Apple Health, covers the moment the video was shot, and that your camera’s clock is set correctly. Workouts recorded indoors without GPS can’t be used for speed overlays.
The metric isn’t present in this workout. Heart rate needs a worn watch or HR strap; power and cadence need the corresponding sensors (iOS 17+); altitude, gradient and the map need a GPS track; temperature needs a device with a thermo sensor.
Make sure there is enough free storage (rendering temporarily needs roughly the size of the source video). If the problem persists, try the “Reduce file size” toggle in the studio, and email us the device model and the video resolution/length.
With “Optimize iPhone Storage” enabled, the original video is downloaded from iCloud first — the app shows download progress. On a slow connection this can take a while for large 4K files.
Open the paywall in the app and tap Restore purchase while signed in with the same Apple ID / Google account used for the original purchase.
Purchases are processed by the app stores, so refunds go through them: Apple — reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play — order history → request a refund.
